Normally it takes us less than 30 minutes to complete the installation, however it can take longer, so we prefer to allow a period of 24 hours (maximum 48 hours), either due to the time it takes to connect your domain to our shared hosting or well due to our excess of work.

Yes, you just have to keep the following points in mind:

You will NOT be able to receive the Online Store as a gift.
You need to have WordPress installed.

This scenario is ideal if you want a custom development to be carried out.

We are not resuming any type of WordPress work, our Online Store is a completely new installation.

You will have all the tools available to build it yourself, or you can hire us to do it for you.

Don't worry, the Online Store is a gift from us that we decided to include free of charge in our membership, you are not paying for it and it can be hidden/removed from your website.

If you need more sections, you can build them yourself, or you can hire us to do it for you.

No, you can learn everything on your own, on the internet you will find all the necessary information on how to use WordPress.

However, we will be uploading tutorials, which you can find on your website, in the administrator area.

If you want us to explain it to you personally, hire advice from our Store.

Yes, you are free to cancel whenever you want, to do so, log in to our website > click on subscriptions > click on the "view" button >  click on the "cancel" button.

If your website is on our shared hosting, it will be removed to offer that space to future clients.

Don't worry, Stripe will take care of collecting the monthly fee. If the payment fails, we will notify you and several collection reattempts will be made over the next 5 days.
